This build combines the concepts used in other Elementalist Inferno builds into the new Evoker elite specialization.

Instead of taking Specialized Elements like every other mono element Evoker build, this build uses Galvanic Enchantment.

Doing so allows us to reduce the APM of the build, and allowing for easy to access and fast CC, at the cost of some DPS.

Build


Rotation


The rotation for Evoker consists mainly of charging and casting both Ignite and Conflagration as quickly and as many times as possible. Using any weapon skill 3 times will charge Ignite, and using Ignite 3 times will charge Conflagration.

Your rotation consists of a simple opener and a Fire Attunement priority.

Try to always precast 2 stacks of Ignite before the fight begins. This can be done by swapping to Splash and using it twice as Splash can be used without any target selected. Remember to swap back to Ignite once you have finished precasting.

  1. Always be in Fire Attunement
  2. Dragon's Tooth (Scepter Fire 2)
  3. Flamewall (Focus Fire 4)
  4. Ignite
  5. Phoenix (Scepter Fire 3)
  6. Conflagration
  7. Fire Shield (Focus Fire 5)
  8. Fox's Fury
  9. Signet of Fire

Fire Attunement Priority:

  1. Conflagration
  2. Ignite
  3. Phoenix (Scepter Fire 3)
  4. Flamewall (Focus Fire 4)
  5. Dragon's Tooth (Scepter Fire 2)
  6. Fire Shield (Focus Fire 5)
  7. Fox's Fury
  8. Signet of Fire
  9. Glyph of Elementals

Basically putting your professional skill first, weapon skills next, then utilities.

Take note that casting Ignite too quickly after Conflagration may result in you cancelling Conflagration. However, this is a much more common problem with the fast pace of the Specialized Elements build, and is usually not a problem here apart from the opener.

This build relies heavily on landing Flamewall (Focus Fire 4) to maintain  Relic of Fireworks uptime. Each tick of damage from the fire field generated by Flamewall (Focus Fire 4) resets  Relic of Fireworks duration, allowing you to easily maintain 100% updtime with just 1 skill and no cooldown management.

You should also:

Cast Off Cooldown:

  1. Cleansing Fire
  2. Flame Barrage

All of these skills have no cast time and can be cast anytime.

  1. Shatterstone (Scepter Water 2)
  2. Freezing Gust (Focus Water 4)
  3. Comet (Focus Water 5)
  4. Blinding Flash (Scepter Air 3)
  5. Gale (Focus Air 5)
  6. Dust Devil (Scepter Earth 3)
  7. Magnetic Wave (Focus Earth 4)

To CC, perform the following:

Simplified CC Rotation:

  1. Water Attunement 2 4 5
  2. Air Attunement 3 5
  3. Earth Attunement 3 4

Then return to Fire Attunement as soon as you are able to. You can cut short the rotation and return to Fire Attunement as soon as the bar breaks instead of performing the full rotation.
